- 5 artichokes
- 100 grams of ham
- 1 onion
- 100 milliliters of white wine
- 1 tablespoon fried tomato
- 1 tablespoon flour dessert

We clean the artichokes, we remove the greenest leaves and cut the tips. We leave the most tender of the artichoke.
We put a saucepan with water and salt. We will be adding the artichokes as we clean them. We will leave them cook 10-15 minutes, until they are tender. When they are we take them out and reserve, and save a little of the water to cook the artichokes.
While the artichokes are cooking, chop the onion and put it to poach in a frying pan with a jet of oil.
