    Pineapple and raspberry crush

This smoothie is so creamy and dreamy! I am definitely "in love" with him! When I first made it, I was thinking I wanted more of a Julius-type drink (thin and creamy), but I like the thick, creamy texture of the smoothie with less water. So it is up to you how thick or thin you want your crush to be, as for me, I like mine!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple, crushed into juices (or puree a 20 oz can of pineapple bits with juices, and use 1 cup of puree (about half a can))
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, no added sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk powder
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 / 4-1 / 2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, start with less sugar and water, and add more to desired flavor and texture. Puree until smooth. Enjoy with a touch of pineapple and raspberry garnish.
