Ranchera pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g of pasta
  • 80 ml salad ranch dressing
  • 210 g baby corn
  • 1 grated carrot

Method

  1. Boil the pasta. When cooked, run cold water through it.

  2. Refrigerate until cool.

  3. Add the carrot, corn and ranch dressing to the pasta and mix all the ingredients.

Notes

Make sure to refrigerate the pasta before adding the other ingredients.
