The quinoa and beet burgers that I am going to prepare in RecetasGratis are a quick and healthy option for your lunches and dinners. We are going to use quinoa and beets (or Canarian beterrada) for the base, but we will also add some spices to give them flavor, peanuts to give them a crispy touch and oatmeal for the dough to stick. There are some vegan quinoa and beet burgers delicious with a smooth texture and beautiful color. The good thing is that if you don't want to cook them right away you can freeze them and cook another time.
