List all the ingredients.
Finely chop the garlic and cook in a saucepan until golden.
Chop the onion and cook it next to the garlic until it is white.
When the onion is white add the tablespoon of flour and half a cube of broth, cook for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken stock and thyme sprigs, cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the vegetable stew, add salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
Serve and taste very hot.
