Pork Chops with Orange and Ginger Sauce

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of French mustard
  • 2 oranges in juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 splash of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Sauce: Combine ginger, soy sauce, mustard, orange juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in small bowl and mix well.

  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the pork chops over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side.

  3. Remove the chops from the pan. Clean the pan with a paper towel.

  4. Return the chops to the skillet and add the sauce mixture.

  5. Simmer for 10 minutes total, turning chops after 5 minutes.

  6. Serve chops with sauce drizzled on top.
