- 4 pork chops
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of French mustard
- 2 oranges in juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 splash of vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce: Combine ginger, soy sauce, mustard, orange juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in small bowl and mix well.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the pork chops over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side.
Remove the chops from the pan. Clean the pan with a paper towel.
Return the chops to the skillet and add the sauce mixture.
Simmer for 10 minutes total, turning chops after 5 minutes.
Serve chops with sauce drizzled on top.
