Pork Chops with Beer

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 pork chops


  1. Preheat the oven to 175C.

  2. Mix the sauce, beer and sugar together.

  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

  4. Lay the pork chops on top.

  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.


If the chops start to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.
