This Piña Colada Dip is the perfect summer snack! It is refreshing and tastes like your snack in the sun! It is so simple and delicious that your guests will love it!

This is what you need to make the Piña Colada Dip:

      • 16 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
      • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese brick
      • 1 package of sweetened coconut flakes
      • 1 tub of fresh whip
      • Nilla Wafers (or other cookie to serve)

Add the coconut flakes, drained pineapple, and cream cheese to the bowl of a food processor and mix until almost smooth. This is totally just a preference thing. I don't like big coconut chains, so I like to make it a little softer. I have THIS mini food processor and it's amazing.

Add your mixture to a large bowl and fold the Cool Whip. And that is! You can serve this pina colada sauce with "Nilla Wafers" or any cookie you choose!
