- 1 kilogram of shrimp
- ½ kilogram of potatoes
- ½ cup of rice
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- ½ piece of onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 pieces of beaten egg
- 100 grams of fresh cheese
- 1 pinch of salt

In the following image you can see the ingredients that we will need for the preparation of this incredible and delicious Peruvian shrimp suck.
To start finely chop the onion and garlic, in very small cubes, as well as those seen in the following image.
Now in a saucepan place the oil, and once hot add the chopped onion and garlic, along with a pinch of salt and pepper, and let it is fried perfectly.
Once the onion is fried we add two liters of water to the saucepan together with the shrimp extract and let it boil.
We can buy the shrimp extract directly from the supermarket or when buying the shrimp, we must order them whole, and when we clean them, we squeeze the back of the shrimp's head: the liquid we get is the shrimp extract, what we gather and we add that to the water.
Once boiling the water add the rice and let it cook.
Meanwhile, on the other hand we take the potatoes and chop into cubes about 1.5 cm. on each side, we also take the corn and chop them.
When the rice from the Peruvian shrimp lollipop is halfway through cooking, add the potatoes and the pieces of corn and let everything cook for a few more minutes.
When the potatoes are almost done, add the shrimp to the broth and let them cook for 2 minutes.
After two minutes add to the shrimp suck the cheese cubes fresh, beaten eggs and a pinch of oregano, and we move to integrate everything perfectly.
A few minutes later, when you look at the melted fresh cheese and the cooked egg, add the evaporated milk and we mix very well. Let it cook for 2 more minutes and remove from the heat.
We serve hot trying that our plate carries all the ingredients of our Peruvian shrimp suck and ready!
