We start the pasta salad by putting a pot of water on the fire. When it starts to boil, add the casarecce pasta and cook until it is al dente (cooked but firm without becoming excessively soft). If you prefer, you can use another type of pasta.
At once, we put the eggs in a saucepan, we cover them with water and put them to heat. When they start to boil, we keep them for 7 to 8 minutes on the fire. We remove, remove the hot water, cover with cold water and after five minutes we peel them. We reserved to continue with the preparation of the pasta salad and barbecue sauce.
