We enjoy some form of bread with most of our meals. Occasionally, I really don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I need something quick, easy and tasty. These are a nice change from typical muffins or cookies and they are quick to prepare! You probably have all the ingredients on hand. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did. 🙂

Parmesan muffins

These are a nice change from typical muffins or cookies and they are quick to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 / 4-1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon. baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups or spray it very well with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, paprika, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the egg and sour cream until smooth. Beat the milk and oil.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until moistened.
  6. Fill muffin tins 3/4 of their capacity
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes before serving.
