- 1 red pepper

Cut and clean the bear cub removing the excess fat that may have.
Cut the vegetables in thick strips. You can make a slightly rustic cut, but you need the vegetables to maintain their texture during a long cook and not to mash them. Weigh and measure the tomato puree and beer.
