  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 200 grams of feta cheese
  • 8 surimi sticks
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 2 large orange
  • 1 handful of sultanas raisins
  • 1 handful of croutons
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of extra virgin olive oil

Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1

We start by cutting and washing the lettuce very well. We centrifuge and reserve. If we do not have a centrifuge, we leave it in a drainer to remove as much water as possible.

While we peel and dice the orange. We try not to leave a lot of white to avoid bitterness. We put it in a wide source and it does not matter if while we prepare the rest of the ingredients they release juice, better this way because the surimi salad will taste better!

Trick: If the oranges are small put two. I recommend that they be beautiful and juicy so that they have a lot of juice and give the salad a good flavor.

We cut the feta cheese diced and add them together with the orange. We break the surimi sticks into pieces and add them to the salad bowl along with the drained corn.

Trick: You can substitute feta cheese for another of your choice.

Add the well-drained lettuce and season with a pinch of salt, a good splash of extra virgin olive oil and half a teaspoon of ground garlic. Mix well but carefully so as not to destroy the cheese or surimi and let the orange salad rest for five to fifteen minutes so that the ingredients take the dressing well.

Before serving we put on the surface of the surimi salad with orange a handful of raisins and another of croutons so they don't soften, and voila!
