This easy gummy recipe will remind you of those fabulous cream popsicles you ate when you were a kid. The orange cream gummies are easy to make and ready in less than an hour.
The Orange Creamsicle popsicles remind me that I was a kid on a hot summer day. The orange ice outside and the vanilla cream inside. I used to eat all the orange before I started with the vanilla part.
I don't think my kids had an ice cream scoop because everyone chooses chocolate if they have a choice, but sometimes I prefer the orange and vanilla combo to the chocolate.

- 2 tablespoons of Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener

- 8 drops orange oil OR 1 tablespoon orange extract to taste, feel free to add more
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Combine the first six ingredients and until very hot. TEST IT. You can add more oil or orange extract, more vanilla, more sweetener. Adapt it to your palate.
Slowly beat the gelatin until it dissolves. Add the orange juice if you use it.
At this point, I pour it through a mesh screen to filter out the pieces of gelatin that didn't dissolve.
