- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 extra large beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a small saucepan. Reduces heat.
Add salt and pepper to the eggs.
Pour the eggs into a saucepan.
Gradually add milk while continuously stirring the mixture.
Keep stirring over low heat until the eggs are fluffy and cooked.
Serve with bacon and buttered toast, if desired. You can double the ingredients for cooking by 2.
