  • 8 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 250 g diced bacon slices
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 chopped chives
  • 600 ml thick cream
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 pinch of pepper


  1. Mix the crushed garlic and butter.

  2. Spread on the base of the baking pan.

  3. Dish layer with potatoes.

  4. Sprinkle a little bacon, young onion, and red and green pepper on the potato.

  5. Pour a little cream over the top and then a little nutmeg, pepper and cheddar cheese.

  6. Repeat layers finishing with grated cheddar cheese and grated parmesan cheese.

  7. Sprinkle a little more cayenne pepper and paprika on top.

  8. Bake at 180 ° C until the potatoes are cooked and the cheese is golden.
