MWM – Macaroni and Cheese Lobster Stew
When I first published this post, people kept saying, "How do you have lobster left over? Well, I sure do love having a great lobster feast, but I can rarely finish it all, so I often have enough to create Another great dish at home the next day. So for those delicious Mondays, I dug up MWM – Macaroni and Cheese Lobster Stew. I was thinking about this delicious recipe when I had lobster recently. Again, I came home with a cup of lobster tail. This time I made some fluffy scrambled eggs and added them in their place.
Saying this if you want to do this and have no leftovers, grab a tail or two at the grocery store. Sometimes you can catch them even for sale. This is a delicious way to enjoy some lobster.
Delicious and creamy, the lobster remains tender as it does not bake in the oven. This is an easy recipe and can be served as a main dish or it is also a delicious dish. Try adding a little more seafood to your diet, you deserve it!
