We will start cleaning the mushrooms. We remove the skin and cut the trunk.
We cut the trunks of the mushrooms into small pieces.
We put the mushrooms in a very hot pan or griddle with a little oil. We just have to give them a little iron and brown them a little.
We chop garlic, parsley and prawns to make the mushroom filling.
We put a little oil in a pan, we skip the stems of the chopped mushrooms.
