Muffins Spaghetti Bolognese Muffins

  • 150g dry spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 400 g of pasta sauce bolognese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Cup of Perfect Bake Cheese Mix


  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan with boiling water for 12 minutes or until cooked. Drain and run under cold water. Cut into smaller pieces with scissors.

  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the minced meat and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden. Add the pasta sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thick. Season. Cool slightly.

  3. Combine pasta, minced meat mixture, eggs, flour, parsley, and half the cheese.

  4. Turn on the cake maker. Fill your hopes with the mixture. Top with half of the remaining cheese. Cook for 10 minutes or until done. Repeat with the remaining mixture.


You can also use minced pork or beef if you like.

You can even use the leftover spaghetti bolognese and go to step 3.
