Now that my two children are in school all day, our morning routines can be a little hectic.
Of course, kids are thrilled to go back to school, but I would be lying if I said that sometimes I don't miss our summer morning routine.
While we don't have much homework yet, my children still need extra help in the morning. When do they start preparing breakfast? Asking a friend …
The best solution I've found for a stress-free morning is to prepare as much as possible the night before. Whether you're designing your outfits, preparing your lunches, or having already completed and placed the paperwork in the backpacks, I've learned that the more I can do in advance, the less frenetic I feel in the morning.
One of my favorite cooked breakfast recipes is a quick and easy Greek yogurt parfait. For these parfaits, I put in three simple ingredients: Bob’s Red Mill muesli, Greek yogurt, and fresh berries.
It doesn't matter if you use your old country-style, gluten-free, or paleo version. What I like the most is that Bob's Red Mill Muesli has no added sugar like most store-bought cereals.

To sweeten you can use vanilla yogurt or just rely on sweet seasonal berries or any seasonal fruit on your forest neck.
Your spoon is waiting.
