I have been feeling a little depressed over the weekend as if I had caught a little cold. Which is not surprising since we went from 33 ° C to 22 ° C during the night. I have slept longer, which is unusual for me, and I had little energy … but I am happy to say that I am back to normal today!

Mint Cucumber Watermelon Lemonade

A healthy and refreshing summer cucumber watermelon lemonade with mint and no added sugar!


  • 5 cups watermelon, diced

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 1 lime

  • 1 organic lemon

  • Fresh mint

  • 1 liter of water


  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing the peel and the seeds. You will need about 5 cups of cubes. Put 4 cups of watermelon cubes in the blender and blend until smooth. Pass the watermelon juice through a fine strainer to make a clear watermelon juice. Transfer the juice to a large jug, add 1 cup of saved watermelon cubes.
  2. Wash and dry the cucumber, then cut it into thin slices and add it to the jar.
  3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice, add it to the pitcher. Wash the lemon and cut it into thin slices, then add it to the jar.
  4. Get some fresh mint stems, wash them, and then add them to the jar. Add water until the jug is full and stir well. Refrigerate before serving or add a few ice cubes to chill the drink.
