Milk jellies

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 drops of blue food coloring
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 envelope of grenetina


  1. Heat the milk and add the sugar, then dissolve the gelatin.
  2. Set aside a third of the milk and add the blue food coloring.
  3. Pour half of the milk into small glasses, cool in the refrigerator until it sets, then add the milk with the coloring, cool in the same way and repeat until the mixtures are finished. It serves.
