Spicy sausage, tender white beans, fresh cabbage, hearty broth, and plenty of Mexican spices come together in this delicious cabbage soup recipe that your whole family will love.

As the weather here in Arizona is finally getting cold, I've been craving hot soup dishes. We love cabbage soup and almost any recipe that includes cabbage will surely be a success for my team.

This Mexican white bean and cabbage soup combines the ingredients we already love and gives them an extra touch of flavor and warmth with plenty of spices, along with hot sausages and a very tasty broth base for the soup.

Zoup! It started as a restaurant chain and customers often commented on how much better the chicken broth tasted in their soups compared to the grocery store chicken broth.

This inspired the Zoup! equipment to create a retail broth on par with the broths used in their restaurants. Today, these premium wines are sold in supermarkets across the country.
