  • 500 g of minced chicken meat
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 35 g taco seasoning


  1. In a medium bowl, place the mixture of minced chicken, onion, breadcrumbs, coriander and taco. Mix well by hand.

  2. Roll up the balls and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.

You can also use minced turkey meat.
