- 4 wheat tortillas
- 300 grams of ground meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 3 chopped chickpeas
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano dessert
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce dessert (optional)
- ⅓ cup of tomato sauce
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt

Bring a pot or pan with the oil to the fire and, when hot, add the chopped onion and the bay leaf. Sauté until the onion begins to brown.
Trick: The bay leaf will add an extra touch of good taste and smell to the minced meat and cheese burritos.

Trick: It is not necessary to grease the pan with any fat, since the objective is only to heat the tortillas to brown them. It is not necessary to heat them too much because otherwise they will break.
