If you don't have a juicer, it's easy to make watermelon juice by hand. Cut the watermelon into medium pieces without the rind and add it to a food processor or blender. Process the watermelon thoroughly or until it looks like a slimy watermelon.

Half a 5 to 6 inch diameter seedless watermelon produces about 16 ounces of juice.

Makes 1 drink

Will need

2 ounces vodka

2 1/2 ounces fresh watermelon juice

1 ounce light aromatic or aromatic green herbal tea

Ice

    Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water or put it in the freezer for a few minutes.

    In a shaker filled with ice, add vodka, fresh watermelon juice, and tea. Shake for at least 15 seconds or until very cold and well combined. Pour into the cold glass.
