- 1 clove minced garlic, peeled
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Put the garlic, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl and mix to combine.
Place the meat of your choice on a ceramic or glass plate. Pour over marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight.
