- 2 large handles
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sifted pure icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 300 ml thick whipped cream
Peel and chop the mangoes.
Mix with the lemon juice and the icing sugar.
Pour into a glass container.
Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water. Add to mango mixture and mix well.
Fold the whipped cream, mixing well.
Chill until ready.

You can place the mixture in individual serving glasses. I top the mousse with extra chopped mango and passion fruit.
