Fish salads are a good alternative to bring healthy, complete and light dinners to our table. In RecetasGratis we learn how to prepare it with mackerel, mozzarella pearls, olives and raisins. - 1 lettuce
- 125 grams of pearls mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of mackerel in oil
- 1 small can of sweet corn
- 50 grams of grated celery
- 1 handful of muscat raisins
- 1 handful of salad seeds
- 1 handful of croutons
- 60 grams of pitted green olives
- 1 jet of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 squirt vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch minced garlic
Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
We cut, wash and drain lettuce very well. The ideal is to use a centrifuge for lettuce but if we do not have it we will leave it in a drainer while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Drain the corn and put it in a bowl. Add the grated celery and the olives.
Drain the oil of the can of mackerel, crumble the fish a little and add it to the source.
We put a handful of raisins and another of seeds for salad. Finally we add the lettuce well drained.
We prepare a dressing with olive oil, vinegar, salt and minced garlic and season the salad. We mix well.
Before serving the mackerel salad in oil add the croutons and the mozzarella cheese balls, mix carefully not to break the cheese and serve immediately so that the bread does not soften. Bon Appetite!
