Longevity Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons frozen mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon L.S.A mix
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and process with a mixer.

Equipment

  • 1 pitcher
  • 1 blender

Notes

Weet-bix can be added in place of oatmeal and maple syrup for honey.
