- 1 bottle of 400 grams of cooked lentils
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Sesame seeds
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of salt

Pour the lentils into a strainer and pass them through water.
Cut an onion and put it in a pan until it is well poached. Add the mushrooms well washed and cut. Put a spark of salt and black pepper. Wait for them to be done and remove it from time to time.
Mix the legumes with what is in the pan and add a little toasted sesame on top. Serve pot lentils with mushrooms to taste.
