During the summer, all I want after a long, hot day is an ice cold cocktail. I don't give myself up often, so I like to make sure that when I do, it's worth it. On a typical day, a Moscow mule is not a drink I normally look for. I prefer to make something like a watermelon margarita or a passion fruit mojito.   • 3/4 cup ginger kombucha
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 2 teaspoons of pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon of molasses
