Irish martini – A touch of vodka, a little strong espresso and a good dose of Irish cream create this rich and delicious Irish Martini.

MARTINI! mmm! This is just in case you were looking for something to put on that frown on Monday!

Hi HEY, Shams! Irish talk. It's heeeere! St. Paddy’s is just a day away! I may be the most excited non-Irish person in the country!

This is when I become Katherine, instead of Katerina. My last name is also renewed with a big "O" on the front, OR a "Mc". However, I think Mc suits me better. McPetrovska. Isn't it so beautiful?

What's more beautiful is this: alcohol and coffee. In one. ♥ ♥

In my day, when I lived in Chicago, St. Patrick's Day meant going to every Irish pub in the city, drinking as much beer as possible, eating something with beer in itand watching the Chicago River turn green. If you haven't been, book your trip for next year, it's an amazing time!

As I grew older and more sophisticated – drowning … coughing … crying !! – So did my taste buds. You can't be a college party all your life. I suppose...

So, one fine St. Patrick's Day, instead of ordering an Irish car bomb, I asked the waiter for an Irish Martini. MARTINI! I had never tried a Martini before that. Long story short, I HATE IT! I thought the inside of my mouth was on fire. Straw!

But, going back to all that getting old, now I LOVE IT!

This Martini is like the triple threat, boys! Coffee + Liqueurs + Irish Cream. Heavens!

Sometimes even my husband asks me to do one. As "feminine" as he says what this drink is, he knows how to knock down a partner without batting an eye. Also, paired with a Baileys Fudge BrownieHow could anyone refuse this drink?
