IP RIP ’brownies

  • 225 g chopped dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon of muscovado sugar
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon of refined sugar
  • 4 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Cup of hazelnut cream with chocolate
  • 24 chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 of Cup of white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler; once melted, remove the bowl from the bain-marie and add the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix until fully integrated and add the flour. Fully integrates and reserves.
  2. Add the mixture to a nonstick square pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ÂşC for 35 minutes, or until the mixture is perfectly cooked. Take into account that it is a very wet mixture. This time, if you insert a toothpick, it won't come out clean.
  3. Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool completely. Cut into medium rectangles and spread a little chocolate cream. Crumble half of the chocolate chip cookies and add some moronas on each of the brownies to make it look like dirt. With a small serrated knife, cut the cookies to form the “tombstone”. Top these cookies with melted dark chocolate, and when they harden, decorate with white chocolate to make letters or garnish to your liking. It serves.
