Lately I've been eating a lot of taco salads for lunch. It is definitely one of my favorites. Previously, I've been using store-bought taco seasonings and adding them to the chicken breast in the pot with about 1/2 cup chicken broth. I let it cook over high heat for 4 hours and I have shredded and perfectly seasoned chicken taco meat. However, this Sunday, preparing to stock up on the week, I realized I had no taco seasoning and figured there should be an easy way to make mine. It came out delicious and it was incredibly easy.
