Homemade ice cream with fruit swirl

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed fruit puree
  • 1 fresh mixed fruit * to serve


  1. Line a 20cm round cake pan with a cheery wrap.

  2. Whip cream and condensed milk until smooth peaks form.

  3. Pour into the lined cake tin and the top smooth.

  4. Put the fruit on the ice cream.

  5. Using a skewer, shake the fruit through the ice cream.

  6. Cover with a happy wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  7. Carefully lift it off the tin and slide it onto the serving plate.

  8. Top with fresh fruit and serve.


  • 1 20 cm round cake pan


The possibilities are endless with this recipe. I have folded through chocolate chips for birthday cakes. Let your imagination run wild.
