- 2 cups of cream
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup mixed fruit puree
- 1 fresh mixed fruit * to serve
Line a 20cm round cake pan with a cheery wrap.
Whip cream and condensed milk until smooth peaks form.
Pour into the lined cake tin and the top smooth.
Put the fruit on the ice cream.
Using a skewer, shake the fruit through the ice cream.
Cover with a happy wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Carefully lift it off the tin and slide it onto the serving plate.
Top with fresh fruit and serve.
