Homemade Butter Beer Recipe – A Harry Potter-inspired creamy caramel float!

Earlier this year, I posted more about our Universal Orlando trip and came back with more. But first let's talk about butter beer. Has anyone tried it? Frozen is my favorite. It's hard to describe how amazing walking in the park is, so of course I had to recreate this delicious drink at home for all of you to make. It is the perfect summer drink! If you like caramel flavor, you will LOVE this frozen butter beer recipe. It tastes like caramel butterscotch cream.

How to make butter beer

It only takes a few minutes to make this delicious drink. All you need to make this drink is ice cream, caramel syrup, cream soda, and ice. So basically you'll just mix until smooth. If you want to recreate the frothy top, add a little whipped cream and caramel syrup on top. Yum!

Here is the caramel filling that I used in my drink. I found it in my local supermarket near the ice cream ingredients.

We loved The Islands of Adventure and Harry Potter World. I loved the whole atmosphere at Harry Potter World. My husband is a huge Harry Potter fan, so I was excited to go on all the rides. I could have stayed there all day and just shopped, drinking butter beer of course!

The stores were my absolute favorite! I loved the candy store. I bought a chocolate frog, a chocolate wand, and chocolate flies. Yes, I like chocolate…;] The pumpkin juice was also delicious! Such a fun place to visit and of course sip butter beer! Mmm !! My family had a great time at Universal Orlando. It was great to be able to spend quality time together. It was also great fun getting to know the Universal staff and the other bloggers and their families. I am very grateful that my family has had the opportunity to make this incredible journey. It will definitely be a trip we will remember for the rest of our lives!
