Homemade burgers

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 50 g of chicken soup with instant noodles
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 cup of yeast flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of water


  1. Combine eggs, milk, water, and flour.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Put tablespoons of the mixture on a hot barbecue plate and cook.


If you want a more sloppy mix, add another ½ cup of water and ½ cup of milk. Sometimes I have added grated zucchini for a different variation.
