Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-cleaning whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 dried apricots, chopped

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Put in a greased tin and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until cooked and browned on top.

Notes

Mixed fruit can replace sultanas.

Sprinkle raw sugar on top before it enters the oven.
