  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of mixed herbs


  1. Wash the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Mark each potato every 2 mm vertically, but not all the way down.
