Ham and cheese crackers are light and tender with small pieces of baked ham and cheese. They're great for using that last chunk of leftover Easter or Christmas ham.

This ham and cheese cookie recipe is very easy and easy to make. They are biscuits made with Bisquick and they only take a few minutes to make.

I know some Southerners would never consider making biscuits with Bisquick. But I think if you don't have any rising white lily flour on hand, it's the best option.

Ham and cheese crackers are a very popular addition to brunch and are even great as a stand-alone breakfast. After baking, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder to add flavor. Cut them in half and add a little bit of scrambled egg to this global breakfast sandwich.

The salty chunks of ham and a bit of gooey cheddar cheese really carry these crackers on top. And if you like sweet and savory foods, try spreading strawberry jam on one of these ham and cheese crackers. Heavenly!

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup strong cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped ham
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix Bisquick, cheese, and ham in medium bowl.

  • Add milk, mix just until combined

  • Grease a 1/4 cup measuring cup with cooking spray and scoop out mounds that are just under 1/4 cup. You should have 7 to 8 cookies.

  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

  • Mix the melted butter and garlic powder together and brush the tops of the cookies.
