500 grams of minced meat
1 medium potato
2 tablespoons of concentrated tomato puree
1 white onion
1 clove of garlic
10 pitted green olives stuffed with peppers
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon hot paprika (may be sweet)
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 ounces of white tequila
1 handful of fresh parsley
10 milliliters of olive oil
1 pinch of salt and pepper

1 red onion
1 serrano pepper
1 handful of coriander
30 milliliters of olive oil

2 lettuce leaves
1 cup sour cream
1 dozen corn tortillas
Steps to follow to make this recipe:
Wash and disinfect vegetables to start preparing tacos, as well as cooking instruments. On a board, finely chop the white onion and grate the garlic. Reserve these ingredients.
Trick: If you don't have a grater, you can chop the garlic perfectly. It doesn't change the flavor.
Chop the olives with pepper, chop the parsley and reserve. Cut the potato into very small cubes and cook in a saucepan with boiling water.

Prepare two ounces of white tequila in a glass and have a lighter or matches handy. Add the tequila to the meat and the flame. Remember that inflammation is dangerous, so make sure your range hood is turned off and take the necessary precautions. If you prefer not to burn, you can add the tequila and cook for 5 minutes. You can skip this step if you wish.
Trick: Two ounces of tequila equivalent to 60 ml.
Reduce the temperature and cover the pan. While the garnish is cooking, prepare the sauce which will accompany ground beef tacos, and is known as “pico de gallo”. To do this, cut the onion and the tomato into small cubes, cut the serrano pepper in half, remove the veins and seeds and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop a little cilantro and add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix everything, adding olive oil and lemon juice.
Trick: Use a glove or towel to clean up the chilli, avoiding any kind of irritation.
