To prepare this plate of grilled marinated squid, first we will clean the squid, we will remove the skin and clean them inside, turning them to clean them well under the tap.
We will put them on a plate with kitchen paper to dry them. And then we make some cross sections.
In a container or glass of turmix we will put the oil, the garlic, the parsley and a little lemon juice, and we will crush everything with the mixer. Thus our tender grilled squids will be very tasty.
We will put the squids in a container and add a little of this sauce, then we will stir them well so that they take on the flavor and leave them macerate for a while in the fridge.
You can add other seasonings, herbs or spices to these grilled squid with lemon if you prefer.
Trick: You can pass this step and make the squid
We put cook some potatoes, or you can do them in the microwave, as you prefer. When they are cooked we will cut them into slices.
We put an iron or a pan to heat over high heat and when it is very hot, we put a couple of tablespoons of oil and we will adding the squid marinated in batches: bodies first until golden brown.
Then add the tentacles of the grilled squid with garlic and parsley and fry them also until they are well browned.
Finally, we take a platter, put the potato slices and salt them. Then we put the grilled squid on top and pour a little more of the lemon, garlic and parsley sauce that we have prepared on top. And that's it! Some grilled marinated squid ready to taste.
Trick: You can put a little salt, but they usually have a lot of flavor and with the sauce it is not necessary to put a lot of salt.
