Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup vegetable or canola oil

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 2 teaspoons dried basil

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Beat the oil, pineapple juice and all the seasonings.

  2. Place chicken in a gallon ziplock bag. Lightly tap the chicken with a meat mallet or rolling pin to an even thickness. Pour the marinade over the chicken.

  3. Refrigerate the chicken overnight.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade.

  5. Grill and broil the chicken until done, about 12 to 15 minutes.
