Gourmet Eggs with Toasts

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 20 g minced camembert
  • 10 g minced bacon slices
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter


  1. Melt a little butter in a pan and break the eggs.

  2. Once the eggs are almost cooked, sprinkle the green onion and salt on top.

  3. Meanwhile, toast the bread.

  4. Fry the bacon.

  5. Put the eggs on a buttered toast, top with bacon and sprinkle with Camembert.


I like to leave it for about a minute so that the cheese becomes nice and melts.
