- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 20 g minced camembert
- 10 g minced bacon slices
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
Melt a little butter in a pan and break the eggs.
Once the eggs are almost cooked, sprinkle the green onion and salt on top.
Meanwhile, toast the bread.
Fry the bacon.
Put the eggs on a buttered toast, top with bacon and sprinkle with Camembert.
I like to leave it for about a minute so that the cheese becomes nice and melts.
