Gingerbread balls with chocolate, peanuts and banana

  • 400 g gingerbread cookies
  • 100 g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 200 g coconut
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 20 ml of liquor flavored with banana * to taste
  • 50 g coconut * to decorate
  • 100 g of peanuts


  1. Crush the cookies and peanuts in a food processor or with a rolling pin to obtain a fine crumb.

  2. Combine cookies, peanuts, chocolate, and coconut in a bowl.

  3. Mix the condensed milk and the banana flavored syrup in a dry mix to bind.

  4. Roll the mixture into balls and add extra coconut.

Depending on the dryness of the cookies, you may need additional coconut if the mixture is too wet, and you can add a little melted butter or more banana-flavored liquor or syrup if the mixture is too dry.
