- 400 g gingerbread cookies
- 100 g milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 200 g coconut
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 20 ml of liquor flavored with banana * to taste

Crush the cookies and peanuts in a food processor or with a rolling pin to obtain a fine crumb.
Combine cookies, peanuts, chocolate, and coconut in a bowl.
Mix the condensed milk and the banana flavored syrup in a dry mix to bind.
Roll the mixture into balls and add extra coconut.
