Homemade gazpacho is a traditional dish of Spanish cuisine consisting of a cold tomato and cucumber based soup. However, this does not mean that we cannot customize the recipe a bit and give it our touches. In this recipe of gazpacho without bread or cucumber I have substituted these ingredients for pear and the result is exquisite. This fruit provides a sweet touch that you will love. I have not added any pepper either, so this easy gazpacho recipe is super soft and light … And it doesn't make you fat if you don't overdo it with the oil!

- 1 pear
- 2 cloves of garlic

Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
To prepare this gazpacho without bread and without cucumber, first peel and clean the pear. I have used the unpeeled tomatoes, but if you prefer also peel the tomatoes. Cut them into pieces.
Place the pear and the tomatoes in the blender, add a good splash of oil and vinegar, the salt and a cup of water. While the gazpacho is being crushed without cucumber and without bread, gradually add more water until you get the desired texture.
Put the gazpacho without bell pepper to cool in the fridge and when it is very cold serve it on plates or bowls.
Sprinkle a handful of hemp seeds on top and top with some croutons to decorate the pear gazpacho if you wish.
