I'm a big fan of those canned fried onions you buy at the grocery store. I have no self-control when there is an open can in the kitchen. When I came across this recipe for French Onion Cookies, I knew I had to make them ASAP! Fried onions and cheese on a biscuit. Yes please!
These French onion cookies were delicious! With just 5 ingredients, they are super simple to make any day of the week! The most difficult part of making these cupcakes is resisting the need to chop the fried onions while preparing the dough. We serve these delicious cookies with a little grilled chicken, but they really go with anything. We've done them several times in the past few weeks and have loved them every time!
