Orange juice, green grapes, a banana, and a generous handful of spinach combine to make our favorite Green Smoothie. This is the easiest (and arguably the tastiest) green smoothie we make.

If you are new to green smoothies, this is the place to start. This was the first green smoothie I tried and my whole family has loved it from the start.

For over four years, this has been our green smoothie. All of my kids love it and this is easily the most frequently made smoothie in our home. I promise you can't taste the "green" in this green smoothie. My four-year-old son has been requesting this smoothie since he was 18 months old, taking spinach out of the fridge and placing it next to the blender jar.

I may not share recipes as often as when we started the blog, but my kids are still so in love with their breakfast, lunch, or snack smoothies.

If you're looking for ideas for a healthier breakfast, these breakfast casserole muffin cups and these 2-ingredient pancakes are great options. Bananas Breakfast Banana and Egg White Delight Sandwiches are great early breakfasts that can be stored in the freezer during the busiest mornings.
