It had been a long time since I had to do my own Homemade granola. I don't know why it took me so long, because it is very simple, quite fast and the result is spectacular. Seriously, you can't imagine how good it looks. I will never buy natural granola again when I can make it myself.
There are many variants, with which you can always innovate and so we do not get tired but the basis of the preparation of a granola is oat flakes, to which some other cereal is sometimes added, then nuts and / or seeds , and finally some oil and sugar or honey and spices to taste.
This time I opted for something simple, so it was the first time. I accompanied the oat flakes with almonds and hazelnuts, a little bit of coconut oil, sweetener and spices, and there was a homemade oat granola wonderful. I really didn't expect it to look so good. A total success!

- ½ tablespoon of honey

We line the bottom of a baking tray with vegetable paper and distribute the mixture. There should not be a very thick layer so that the homemade granola browns very well and equally.
We put the oatmeal and coconut granola baked at around 170 ºC and leave for about 20-25 minutes. We remove the mixture every 5 or 6 minutes to avoid burning the parts that are more exposed or in the corners. The only danger from homemade oatmeal granola is burning. Otherwise, it is very easy to make, so we must be very careful and stir the mixture from time to time to make it perfect.
When it is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool completely. Then we can already store it in a hermetically sealed bottle, it lasts very well for several weeks. Just so you know, because I don't think it will last that long. The easy, fast and delicious homemade granola it's too good! I take it with plain yogurt and fresh fruits and it drives me crazy.
